Spend Independence Day in Summit County, Colorado sounds like a great idea! Our area is so dry and may wildfires still rage there is a no burn of any type order in force right now and they are working on passing a no fireworks sale as of this week. All it takes is one spark and we have a problem! Spending some time in Summit County indeed is tempting my friends.
Hi Krysal - Even though most people probably think of skiing first, Summit County is truly a year-round wonderland - summer is actually my favorite time to be up there, it is so incredibly beautiful.
Hopefully its going to be a nice clear night and the fireworks will be spectacular.
I have only been to Breck in the summer and it's such a wonderful break from the 100 degree days in Dallas. Look forward to being there at the end of the summer!
