The Breckenridge Golf Club in beautiful Breckenridge Colorado is located a couple miles north of Main Street Breckenridge just off Tiger Road. In 1985 the Breckenridge Golf Club opened as an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course. In 2001 an additional 9-holes were added making the Breckenridge Golf Club the only 27-Hole municipal Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course in the world.
The course is broken up into three nine hole courses; The Bear, The Beaver and The Elk, added in 2001. Each nine holes at the Breckenridge Golf Club features panoramic Ten Mile Range views and a challenging round of nine for any golfer. Situated above 9,300 feet in elevation makes the golf ball fly farther and straighter which may change even a seasoned golfers game.
The Breckenridge Golf Course has four tees allowing for all levels of play. From the Nicklaus tees which are gold and the most challenging the total yardage for 18 holes of golf on the Beaver/Bear course is 7,261 yards with a par of 72. The cost to play the Breckenridge Golf Club ranges from $30 for Happy Hour play of 9-holes to $215 for 36-holes with a cart.
